Scam Alert-If you receive a call asking you to "Temporarily" change your online banking password, hang up and call the bank at our known number for assistance. Never call the number provided by the caller. Keep in mind that calls can be spoofed, so never rely on Caller Id to verify that the call is legit. With this most recent scam, callers have been able to coerce individuals to "Temporarily" change their password and to provide the password to the caller. The caller then gains access to the individuals online banking and may be able to drain their funds before they are aware of a problem.  This warning is to let you know that we will never call you and ask you to change your password and we most certainly do not want you to share your login information with us or anyone else. Secure and do not share!

- Enroll in Brella to receive notifications on your account instantly!

- Use your PIN whenever possible; it is much more secure than signature based transactions.

- If your card is declined, please call the USB Fraud Department at 515-493-9946; after hours please call Shazam at 1-866-508-2693.

- Report lost or stolen cards immediately to the USB Fraud Department at 515-493-9946; after hours please call Shazam at 1-800-383-8000.
