Lost or Stolen Debit Card

 If your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen, or you notice unauthorized transactions on your account, please notify us immediately.

  • - After business hours, call Shazam at: 800-383-8000
    - Press #1 to report a lost or stolen card.
  • - Follow the prompts
  • - A Shazam representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact Union State Bank the next business day.
